MAMS Rentals is the booking site for a collection of apartments, guest houses, bungalows, and townhouses in North Hollywood, Toluca Lake, Studio City, Sherman Oaks, and Burbank.

The homes are operated by Sukhrab Karimov through Sultan Karim LLC. Availability, rates, photos, amenities, and house rules are read from Guesty, the same system that keeps the calendars aligned with Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com.

Booking here takes 10% off the accommodation fare. Cleaning fees and the account tax still come from Guesty, so the checkout total is the reservation total.
