Property Rules - This Is Private Property, and there Are Five Individual Private Townhouses - Free Garage Parking, one space per reservation - Do Not Enter the Apartment You Are Not Currently Staying In - Do Not remove any items from the property - Do Not Share Access Information To The Property - Only Guests on the reservation are allowed access to the property - Anyone not on the reservation may not stay overnight - Quiet Hours 10 PM to 8 AM - In The Bathroom, Clean Up After Yourself Including Any Unsightly Hairs - No Loud Noise - Absolutely NO SMOKING is Allowed Inside The Unit And On The Property Including the Patio And Garage, Except for The Balcony. - Parties, Loud Celebrations, and Noisy Gatherings are NOT permitted. - No Food Or Drink On The Beds - No Trash In The Room - Please Wash Your Dishes - Do Not Leave Dirty Dishes Or Trash - Keep The Rooms Clean - Keep The Bathrooms Clean - Keep the Property clean Thank you. Please keep my home clean, the trash bins are located in the garage parking area. * Airbnb has banned all parties, loud events, and noisy celebrations.

The space is suitable for compact cars, small SUVs and pick-up trucks, and mid-sized minivans. Please note that parking spaces are not assigned. An additional 2 guest parking spaces and a disabled space are also available. ✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free high-speed wifi available throughout the entire home, plus a designated workspace in each of the 4 bedrooms so you can get your work done in privacy. ✹ PETS: Furry friends are welcome to join you on your LA adventure! A small additional fee of $150 per stay is charged. We ask that you notify us of any pets in advance of your stay. Failure to pay the pet fee will result in a $250 penalty. ✹ SMOKING: Smoking is NOT permitted inside the property. Failure to observe the rules will result in a $250 penalty charge. You may smoke on the balcony with a closed door. Don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions - we look forward to hosting you! Other Things to Note: ✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door. ✹ CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 5 PM. Late check-outs may be accommodated and charged at a $50 hourly rate. Please enquire at least 2 hours in advance to check availability. ✹ LARGER GROUPS: If you have a larger group, we have additional townhouse units available for booking, subject to availability. ✹ MAIL/PACKAGES: AirBnB recommends NO mail or package deliveries; you can arrange a P.O.
